Are the horns real?

Yes, the horns are real horns! That's what makes the helmet look so cool. The horns are similar to the type of buffalo horn you can find at your local pet store.

How long does it take to receive my Bison Helmet?

Each Bison Helmet is hand-crafted to order. Typical production time is 4-5 business days, plus shipping. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days. You’ll receive tracking once it ships.

How do I know what size to order?

Sizing is based on fitted hat sizes. A sizing guide is available. Most people fall into the M/L size. You have to have a relatively large dome for the XL.

Are the helmets comfortable to wear?

Yes. Each helmet is built on a padded helmet core designed for extended wear. While it’s a statement piece, comfort and stability were priorities in the design. It can be a little warm, but it's perfect for a mid-late season game.

Is every Bison Helmet the same?

No. Because we use real horns, every Bison Helmet has its own unique look. We take pride in carefully selecting and crafting each set, and just like no two bison are identical, no two helmets are exactly the same.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each helmet is made to order, all sales are final unless there is a defect or issue upon arrival. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
